11:30 am -12:00 pm : Yoga Stretch Class (Faculty and Staff) [details]
Sponsored by the Counseling and Accessibility Services Department. This class includes a series of simple stretches that increase flexibility while incorporating light meditation.
12:00 pm -12:30 pm : Sleep Hygiene Talk (Faculty and Staff) [details]
Sponsored by the Counseling and Accessibility Services Department. Sleep hygiene is a variety of different practices and habits that are necessary to have good nighttime sleep quality and full daytime alertness.
1:00 pm -1:30 pm : Group Fitness (Faculty and Staff) [details]

3:05 pm -3:20 pm : "Earthing" Ground Walking Group Meditation [details]
Sponsored by the Counseling and Accessibility Services Department. Meeting daily (M-F) for 15 minutes. We will remove our shoes, and walk barefooted on the grass in silence meditation until the bell rings. please bring a towel to wipe your feet off when you are finished.
5:30 pm -6:00 pm : Abs and Arms Wellness Class for SRSU (faculty and staff) [details]
Sponsored by the Counseling and Accessibility Services Department.Take 1/2 hour out of your day to tone and work on your core. This class will focus on strengthening muscles in the core, which includes everything below the neck and above the knees. Strengthening the core can lead to better overall balance, body functionality for daily routines and more flexibility.
